STEP 2. Fill out the form completely and attach a scanned copy of your deposit slip as a proof of your payment. Payments can be made through direct deposits into these bank accounts:

A confirmation message will be sent to your email address once your online payment is successful. Print the confirmation message and present it to the Finance Department in order to get your Official Receipt on the first day of classes.
