A meaningful opportunity for Ms. Mhaybel Mateo, our College Council Governor and NEFESCO Secretary, to be part of the TV guesting of Sigaw ng Gen Z, where she shared her thoughts and perspectives on what it means to be part of Gen Z.
Beyond sharing her own views, this experience also allowed her to listen to different perspectives, gain new insights, and better understand the experiences and aspirations of today’s youth.
Leadership Through Listening
As student leaders, opportunities like these remind us that leadership is not only about speaking for others, but also about listening, learning, and understanding the voices we represent.
Congratulations, our Governor, for this new experience! May this experience inspire you to continue learning, growing, and leading with purpose.
