Mr. Carlo P. Mendez was the President of GJC (formerly GJA, 1995-2001). A graduate of Business Management in Fordham University(U.S.), he is a visionary and he aimed for the institution’s productivity in longevity.
He was committed not only with increasing the benefits of GJC`s teaching force but also the quality of education they can provide for Nueva Ecija`s youth. A natural born educator indeed! Once a GJC President, he is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors of General de Jesus College.
