Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) Policy
General De Jesus College (GJC) is committed to providing quality, inclusive, equitable, and learner-centered educational products and services that respond to the needs and expectations of learners and other beneficiaries, personnel, parents, alumni, industry partners, regulatory bodies, and the community we serve. Guided by our Educational Philosophy, Vision, Mission, Core Values, HEART Framework, Strategic Direction, relevant United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and institutional commitment to educational excellence, we establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve our Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 21001:2018.
This Policy applies to all academic, administrative, operational, learner support, and quality assurance functions of the College within the certified scope of the Educational Organization Management System (EOMS), covering Basic Education – Junior High School and Senior High School, and all undergraduate degree programs offered by General De Jesus College. It encompasses the planning, design, development, delivery, monitoring, evaluation, and continual improvement of educational products and services, including teaching and learning, curriculum development and implementation, assessment, governance, learner support services, research, extension and community engagement, and other institutional processes necessary to achieve the College’s educational objectives. Through the EOMS, the College promotes a culture of quality, inclusivity, innovation, accountability, evidence-based decision-making, and continual improvement to ensure learner success, organizational effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Quality Education
Deliver relevant, outcomes-based, accessible, and high-quality educational products and services that empower learners with 21st-century skills—leadership, communication, collaboration, creative and critical thinking, and technological proficiency—and promote competence, character formation, lifelong learning, responsible citizenship, and the holistic development of learners to make them future-ready, in accordance with the College’s Educational Philosophy, Vision, Mission, Core Values, and HEART Framework.
Learner-Centered Approach and Learner Satisfaction
Provide a safe, inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment and campus community that recognizes learner diversity, promotes equity, accessibility, well-being, active participation, and learner success, while continually enhancing learner satisfaction and educational outcomes.
Continual Improvement
Strengthen institutional effectiveness through systematic monitoring, measurement, evaluation, internal audits, management reviews, risk-based thinking, opportunity management, innovation, organizational learning, and evidence-based decision-making, including a strong faculty and staff development program that continuously enhances their skills and knowledge and emphasizes leadership development, to continually improve the EOMS, educational products and services, institutional processes, and organizational performance.
Compliance and Accountability
Comply with all applicable statutory, regulatory, accreditation, contractual, institutional, and other relevant requirements while upholding good governance, transparency, ethical conduct, integrity, accountability, and responsible management in all academic and administrative operations.
Stakeholder Engagement
Consider the needs and expectations of learners, other beneficiaries, and relevant interested parties, and forge strategic partnerships with local, national, and international institutions and communities, while promoting meaningful collaboration and consultation with learners, parents, personnel, alumni, industry partners, government agencies, accrediting bodies, and other interested parties to ensure that educational products and services remain relevant, responsive, sustainable, and aligned with applicable stakeholder needs and expectations.
Educational, Scientific, and Technological Development
Take into account relevant educational, scientific, and technological developments in the planning, design, delivery, evaluation, and continual improvement of educational products, services, curricula, learning resources, and institutional processes. The College shall promote technological innovation, research, technology integration, and evidence-based educational practices, and invest in state-of-the-art technology and learning facilities and infrastructure, that enhance teaching, learning, learner support, and organizational effectiveness.
Intellectual Property and Knowledge Management
Promote the responsible creation, use, protection, management, and respect of intellectual property and institutional knowledge arising from educational, research, creative, administrative, and other institutional activities, in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, ethical, and institutional requirements.
Social Responsibility, Sustainability, and SDG Alignment
Fulfill the College’s social responsibility by contributing to community development, environmental stewardship, responsible resource management, and sustainable institutional practices while fostering ethical leadership, global citizenship, and meaningful community engagement consistent with the College’s educational mission. The College shall support and contribute to the relevant United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through its educational programs, research, community engagement, institutional operations, and sustainability initiatives, as applicable to its purpose, context, and strategic direction.
Framework and Leadership Commitment
This Policy serves as the framework for establishing, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, and continually improving the College’s EOMS Objectives and shall guide institutional decisions, educational processes, and quality initiatives. It shall be communicated, understood, implemented, maintained, and made available to relevant interested parties.
Top Management demonstrates leadership and commitment by ensuring that the Educational Organization Management System remains aligned with the College’s Educational Philosophy, Vision, Mission, Core Values, HEART Framework, Strategic Direction, relevant SDGs, and EOMS Objectives. Top Management shall provide the necessary leadership, resources, governance, support, and organizational environment to achieve the intended outcomes of the EOMS, promote learner focus and learner satisfaction, strengthen a culture of quality throughout the institution, and ensure the continual improvement of educational products, services, processes, and institutional performance.
This EOMS Policy shall be maintained as documented information and periodically reviewed to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy, relevance, and alignment with the College’s purpose, context, strategic direction, and Educational Organization Management System.
