The General de Jesus College (GJC) Guidance Office conducted a Mental Health Seminar for all first-year college students on October 13, 2026, at the GJC Gymnasium, focusing on mental health awareness, emotional well-being, and the importance of seeking support.

The seminar provided students with information on managing stress, recognizing mental health concerns, and developing healthy coping strategies as they adjusted to college life.

Supporting the GJC HEART Framework and the SDGs

The activity supported GJC’s HEART Framework – H (Holistic Human Development through Access, Inclusion, and Community Engagement) and contributed to SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being by promoting mental health awareness and encouraging students to prioritize their psychological and emotional well-being.
